Pensacola Cabins for Veterans program features 30 efficiency apartments in a quiet residential community in Pensacola. This relaxed wooded sanctuary is close to many amenties. For recreation, veterans will enjoy a community room, a garden, grills, and a horseshoe pit. Other amenities include a pet friendly atmosphere, screened patios, personal mailboxes and laundry facilities. Individuals are expected to pay 30% of their income toward rent, and basic utilities are included. If a person has no income, they are not expected to pay rent until they begin to receive income.
