The Ben Singleton Center at Danese Court houses homeless Veterans who seek to advance their life goals in a transitional housing program located in a quiet, residential community. With four furnished units of 2 bedrooms and one bath each, the Center also has a community room and staff onsite. Located conveniently on a bus route and close to the downtown area, this program provides a pathway to independence. Other amenities include pet friendly atmosphere and laundry facilities. Families with an adult veteran may be eligible. Individuals are expected to pay 30% of their income toward rent. Basic utilities are included. If a person has no income, they are not expected to pay rent until they begin to receive income.
